iPhone App Troubleshooting

If your Nolasoft iPhone app is having issues, please try the following common steps before submitting an issue:

  • Please use the latest version of the iPhone OS.
  • Make sure your volume is turned up.
  • Make sure you are not set on vibrate.
  • Make sure the mute switch has not been turned on.
  • Close and reopen the app.
  • Reboot.
  • Reinstall.

  • Your Device Type (iPhone 3G, iPod Touch 2nd Generation, etc)
  • The name of the app you are having a problem with
  • If there is both a free and a paid version of the app, which version you are using
